Full Day Wedding Coordination Package
This wedding planning package is great for couples who need help with setting up their wedding reception or ceremony, keeping things on track and on time, running errands, and helping with the little things that the bride and groom should not have to worry about on their wedding day. Many couples who live outside of Pittsburgh choose this package; Hello Weddings can be your Pittsburgh contact for all your day-of logistics. Everyone's needs are different, so this package can be customized as needed:
- One 2-hour session in-person or over the phone with our wedding coordinator 2 months before your wedding (you will fill us in on all your wedding details so we can successfully coordinate)
- Re-confirm your list of vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding on your behalf
- Create a vendor day-of timeline (based on confirmation calls) to keep your vendors and wedding day running smoothly
- One wedding coordinator and one assistant coordinator available for you 6 hours (usually begins 3 hours prior to ceremony and ends when bridal party is seated at reception - additional hours can be added)
- Accept deliveries and work with venue
- Assist with set-up and décor as needed
- Lay out all place cards and favors
- Assist bridal party with their needs
- Deal with all logistics
- Problem solve on behalf of the bride and groom
- Organize bridal party and guide ceremony (if venue allows)
- Distribute final vendor checks and tips as needed
- Run local errands and help with last-minute emergencies
- Attend rehearsal to assist as needed (for an additional fee)
- Allow you to have a stress-free wedding day!
*For weddings that require a third wedding coordinator due to the work involved, an additional fee may be necessary.
Complete Royal Wedding Planner Package
This is a full wedding planning package that includes a qualified wedding coordinator to help guide you as you plan your wedding from beginning to end. Whether you need help with every detail OR just need an expert's advice, our wedding planners are here for you as much or as little as you need.
- Plan entire wedding reception from beginning to end
- Create customized budget and keep you within your limits
- Create customized wedding planning timeline
- Receive helpful tools to help organize your guest list, to-do list, bridal party, etc.
- Assistance with wedding theme, style and design elements
- Make venue recommendations based on your needs
- Narrow down vendors to 2 or 3 choices in each category (locations, flowers, limos, cakes, favors, entertainment, etc.)
- Unlimited phone calls and emails to coordinator
- Confirm your vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding
- Create a vendor day-of timeline prior to wedding day
- Suggest table seating assignments on a comprehensive seating chart
- Attend rehearsal to assist as needed
- Two wedding coordinators for 6-8 hours (usually begins 3 hours prior to ceremony and ends after dinner – additional hours can be added)
- Accept deliveries and work with venue
- Assist with set-up and décor as needed

*Pricing is based on the number of guests and amount of work involved. Price above is based on 100 invited guests in a full-service location.
Wedding Design Package
We will work with local vendors to create the wedding reception you envision. Not sure what your vision is? We can help come up with ideas for you to choose from. This package can be added to any of the above wedding planning packages for a discounted price.
- Initial consultation to learn more about you and your wedding style and budget
- Advise you on décor, linens, lighting, centerpieces, place cards, chairs, favors and any other needed design elements
- Contact local vendors and gather quotes
- Present you with design ideas, pictures, and samples to help you make final decisions
- Oversee design set-up on the day of your wedding for up to 4 hours (additional hours can be added)
*Does not include cost of items used for décor. This price is only for the time spent and expert work of a wedding designer.
Rehearsal Dinner Package
We can help you book, plan, and run your rehearsal dinner.
- Venue research to find the perfect location
- Book and work with venue for rehearsal dinner
- Determine and design overall theme and décor
- Help you coordinate invitation process
- Research and book all necessary vendors (florist, A/V, favors, etc.)
- Confirm all vendors 2 weeks prior to rehearsal dinner
- Run all logistics during rehearsal dinner
