From start to finish she allowed me to have peace of mind that visions for my wedding would come to life. To only state a few things that she did for us: She helped when we were in a pinch for a vendor, she went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband and I were having a good time and taken care of, but also our families. She called all of our vendors days before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same timeline (as this can get confusing for everyone and changes do come up last minute - it was a huge help) and she made sure my decorations/florals/candles were how I envisioned. Danielle at Hello Productions helped us throw the best wedding ever (and based on what our guests have been saying, that might actually be true)! She shared critical tips, calmed our nerves, and made sure the day flowed beautifully by ensuring every vendor was on the same page. On the day of, she thoughtfully arranged all of our decor, ran our ceremony sound, saved us precious slices of cake, distributed dance floor props, and collected everything at the end of the night. Hello Productions provides corporate and nonprofit event planning services. Ashley Moss Kurkiewicz manages your event with white glove service from communication to onsite coordination. Venue research and contracts, sponsorship package consultation, and event budgeting are only the beginning. She manages monthly committee meetings, on-site walkthroughs, and event logistics down to the smallest detail. These can include, but are not limited to: rentals, staging and audio visuals, registration logistics, layouts, engaging experiences and coordination of food and beverages. We are onsite from setup through teardown, coordinate the daily event schedules and provide staffing as needed.

Will you help us find a venue for our event?

Yes, we will provide our venue research service which includes walkthroughs of your top choices as well as managing the contract negotiations.

Will you help us with sponsors?

We do not solicit sponsors, but we do consult your committee on what should be included in sponsorship packages and how you can provide the best onsite experience for those sponsors. We also ensure any signage that is to be provided to them is created and printed as well as properly displayed at the event.

Do you help us with our event budget?

Yes, we will work with you to determine the revenue you want to bring in and the budget for expenses. Our experts create a budget spreadsheet where we will determine where to allocate your funds and track all expenses throughout the planning process.

Will you help to ensure our branding and mission remain the focus of the event?

Pittsburgh Wedding Planners

Hello Productions provides wedding planning services, including full planning, partial planning, design services, final quarter planning and month-of planning with day-of coordination, and venue research. These services can include: creating customized wedding planning timelines, budget spreadsheets, vendor recommendations, creating a design board with an overall theme and color scheme as well as intimate details from florals to linens to rental furniture, ceremony and reception coordination. We are onsite the day of the wedding from setup through teardown to handle all logistics and problem solve on behalf of the couple and their families.

Will you help us find a venue for our wedding?

If you book a full planning package, we provide our venue research service which includes scheduling walkthroughs of your top choices as well as managing the contract negotiations. Not sure where you want to tour? We will gather information and provide you with options to choose from for venue tours.

Will you help us with vendors?

We make vendor recommendations for catering, rentals, flowers, lighting, transportation, entertainment, hair and makeup and other services. There is not a list of vendors you have to choose from as we know each couple has different preferences. Vendor coordination will also include finalizing contracts, setting up meetings, handling final orders/counts/payments, and ensuring vendors know what is expected from them the day of the wedding.

Do you help us with our wedding budget?

Yes, we will work with you to determine where you want to spend more money, how you can save money, and work with vendors to make sure contracts and invoices are buttoned up. You planner will create a budget spreadsheet and track all expenses throughout the planning process.

What all do you handle the day of the wedding?

Let’s start from the beginning because there are so many details you probably never even thought of! Your planner will make sure your bridal party knows what time to be ready for prep photos, will text your hair/makeup team and photographer your room number so they can easily get to you in the morning, will ensure vendors arrive on-time for setup, and will make sure your transportation is ready at the front door exactly when it should be. Of course, we also coordinate everything from setup to teardown and all that is in-between, including the timeline, ceremony, reception, escort cards, seating charts, favors, guest welcome bags, menus, table numbers, and final vendor checks and tips. At the end of the night, we will make sure all of your personal items are boxed, your wedding gifts and cards are secure, and you have everything you need to either continue to the after-party or leave quietly with your wife/husband.

How do you ensure our wedding is different from others and truly reflects our story as a couple?

We will let you guide us in making sure your unique love story is reflected in your ceremony and reception. Our planners will take what you tell us and provide options to make your wedding showcase your tastes as a couple in terms of food, drink, entertainment, décor, and personal interests. We will also ensure your guests have a great time by offering guest experience ideas to add that extra touch.
