The Hello Productions
team and an amazing team of vendors (see below) transformed the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical
Gardens event space into a luxurious, winter dream filled with soft fabric
draping, crystal chandeliers, and fresh flowers. Melissa
and Brad’s February 2019 wedding was one that most
couples could only dream of. Every detail came together to make for the perfect
day for a Pittsburgh winter wedding.

Melissa kicked
off her Pittsburgh winter wedding day getting pampered at
the Embassy Suites Downtown Pittsburgh (Hair: Simply Captivating Salon, Makeup:
Beauty by Joy.) She looked naturally stunning with a neutral look and
soft, romantic hair.  After her photographer
(LeeAnn Marie Photography) took advantage of the city views and the beautiful
architecture of the downtown building, the couple headed over separately to Phipps for their first
look. Despite the sun shining brightly, it was winter in Pittsburgh… ie
30 degrees!

Prior to the main ceremony with all
160 guests invited, Melissa and Brad stepped into the Broderie Room at Phipps to sign their Ketubah in the company of a few friends and witnesses. Very romantic, traditional, and
symbolic!

After a fun champagne
toast, it was off to their ceremony in the Special Events Hall.
Jaws dropped as guests took their seats. The entire space was covered with
custom fabric, lighting fixtures and a live wall designed and executed by the
Allison McGeary Floral Design team. With the addition
of the candle lighting, it seemed as if they were in their own personal
romantic garden oasis.

Live music was played, vows were spoken, and tears were shed. Before you knew it, Melissa and Brad said I Do and the traditional Jewish glass was stomped! It was time to celebrate!!! The guests shared their joy with a signature cocktail and private access to the complete conservatory for this Pittsburgh winter wedding.

Moving everyone into the reception
space, tables were dressed with champagne linens and Pottery Barn lanterns
spilling with greenery, orchids and roses. The
reception included a night full of fun and dancing, with music courtesy of DJ
Dean of Pittsburgh DJ Company. It was amazingly beautiful and incredibly
fun Pittsburgh winter wedding! Congrats M+B
